Cancel Your Account

We’re sorry to see you go! If you wish to cancel your account with The Doorstep Deli Company, please follow the steps outlined below. Cancelling your account will permanently delete your personal information and order history from our system.

How to Cancel Your Account

1. Please email us on hello@thedoorstepdelicompany.co.uk containing the following:

  • Your full name

  • Your home address

  • Your customer number

In addition to this, can you please pay any outstanding balance that is shown on your account.

Once these steps have been completed we can process the cancellation for you.

What Happens When You Cancel Your Account

Personal Information: All personal information associated with your account, including your name, email address, phone number, and address, will be permanently deleted from our system.Order History: Your order history and any saved preferences will be erased.Subscription: If you are subscribed to our newsletter or marketing communications, this subscription will be terminated.

Data Deletion Process

Upon receiving your account cancellation request, we will:

1. Initiate Data Deletion: Begin the process of deleting your personal information and order history from our active databases.
2. Complete Deletion: Complete the deletion process within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.
3. Backup Systems: Note that while your data will be deleted from our active systems, it may remain in backup systems for up to 90 days due to regular backup procedures. However, this data will not be accessible or used for any purpose.
