Goodwood Home Farm, located at the heart of the 11,000-acre Goodwood Estate in Sussex, is a prime example of sustainable and organic farming. Established over 35 years ago, it is one of the largest lowland organic farms in the UK and prides itself on producing high-quality, award-winning organic food.

The farm practises a holistic approach to agriculture, ensuring that every aspect, from soil health to animal welfare, is managed sustainably. They eschew synthetic pesticides and fertilisers, opting instead for natural methods that promote biodiversity and ecological balance. This commitment to the environment is monitored by the Soil Association, which regularly audits their farming systems.

Goodwood Home Farm is known for raising native breeds, including some that are indigenous to the estate. These include Southdown sheep and rare breed cattle, whose meat is highly sought after by top-tier customers like The Ritz and Fortnum & Mason. Their dairy products, especially the Charlton and Molecomb Blue cheeses, have garnered national acclaim, including gold medals at the British Cheese Awards.
